ARE YOU A LICENSED PROVIDER? WHAT IS YOUR PERMIT NUMBER?

We are licensed, bonded and insured in St. Paul, Minneapolis, and the surrounding communities. Our bond number is: mb006118.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE SIZE OF SYSTEM YOU HAVE DETERMINED?

We run heat loss/gain calculations on your home to determine the exact size of equipment needed.

DO YOU PULL PERMITS FOR EVERY JOB?

All cities have different regulations when it comes to permits, for example some cities require you to pull a permit to install a bath vent but others may not. We do pull the necessary permits for every job.

DOES AN INSPECTOR COME OUT TO INVESTIGATE THE WORK DONE TO INSURE IT WAS PROPERLY INSTALLED?

Yes, your comfort and safety is ALWAYS top of mind which is why your HeatPro specialist will always have a city building official check our work.

DO YOU HIRE SUBCONTRACTORS?

We do all work with the exception of electrical. Our electrician is subcontracted.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG AFTER INSTALLATION?

Our furnace installations come with a 10 year parts warranty and 2 year labor warranty with the option to purchase a 10-year labor warranty for an additional one time fee of $400.
