We recently received a call from a client who was looking for a new air conditioner. She had just purchased a house and was planning to move her family in within a few weeks. Unfortunately, the house had come with an older air conditioning unit, that needed to be replaced. The customer was well versed in the requirements for proper heating and cooling systems and was able to select a new AC unit that day. We scheduled her new air conditioner installation for later that week.
On the day of installation, we prepped our team and departed for the customer’s residence. After arriving, we were quickly given all of the necessary information we needed to start the job. The old unit, approximately 15 years old, was in bad shape and appeared to have gone years without any maintenance.
After we installed the new cooling system, we spoke with the customer and received gratitude for a job well done. We could sense the excitement of moving into a new home, especially one with proper heating and cooling. As our team geared up to leave, we were also thanked by customer’s kids, leaving a lasting impression on our service professionals.
